These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pscot.com and its content. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

PSCOT presents books, novellas, short stories, articles, and related information by Jay Pscot and other credited authors. The site may provide descriptions, previews, downloadable works, and links to independent sellers or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, text, artwork, logos, downloads, and other content are owned by PSCOT or the credited author and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. PSCOT is not responsible for a third-party seller’s or service provider’s handling of your money or personal information. Any account creation, purchase, payment, tax, shipping, delivery, return, refund, warranty, customer-service issue, privacy practice, security incident, or dispute is governed by your agreement with that third party and its policies.
